Swiss Roll

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Milk 
  • 175g unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • PISTACHINO spread cream
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 17 egg yolk 
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 egg white 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Whipping Cream 

Directions: 

  1. Heat the milk, butter, and 1/3 cup of sugar until they boil. 
  2. Pour on top of it the flour and mix it together until it becomes a dough.   (Mix for 3 mins) 
  3. Add the dough into the electric mixer and add the egg yolks, 3 eggs, and 3 tablespoons of PISTACHINO.
  4. In another bowl, mix the egg white with 1 cup of sugar.
